Priority waves and a waitlist that moves
Core players sign up first. When someone drops out, the next in line moves in and gets a push.
Balanced teams, matched lines
One tap makes two even teams by rating and position. Line 1 plays line 1, so shifts stay even.
Who owes for ice
Tick who paid at each practice and see every balance. Corrections are logged, never erased.
Ratings, goals and points
Three-part ratings, goals and assists, and activity points that bring players back.
Tournaments and standings
Results update the table. A generator builds a round-robin calendar from your real ice.

HK KAZANOVA, Daugavpils
An amateur club in Daugavpils, Latvia, in the Jēkabpils Elite league 2026/27. Using the app every day since late August 2026, at kazanova.club.
The brief
About 50 players who speak Latvian and Russian, with sign-ups, lineups and ice fees spread over WhatsApp. They wanted one place for all of it.

Players get a personal login link and sign up. We’re on hand all through week one.

Questions
What clubs ask us
Who owns our data, and can we leave?
Your data and your web address are yours. Players, attendance, jersey orders and bus lists export as spreadsheets at any time. If you leave, we hand over a full export of everything, payments included. The app’s code stays ours: you get a licence to use it, not a copy to keep.
What does yearly care include?
Hosting, updates, fixes and small changes during the season. Bigger new features are quoted separately before any work starts.
Can our sponsor pay for it?
Yes. A sponsor can cover the yearly care. In return, we add the sponsor’s logo to squad images, result cards, jersey campaign pages, social posts and the LIVE score screen.
Do players need to install anything?
No. The app opens in any browser at your club’s own address and can be added to the home screen like an app. A native iPhone or Android store app is possible on request, published under your club’s own developer account.
What does it cost?
A one-time launch fee and a yearly care fee. Ask us for the price list. The two pilot clubs for the 2027/28 season get a reduced launch fee.

Yes. HK KAZANOVA has used it every day since late August 2026: 48 members, 264 practice sign-ups and 149 goals recorded. The LIVE score and Facebook and Instagram publishing are built, first real use pending.
